Doug Hall, Founder of Innovation Engineering

Professional Innovator, Adjunct Faculty Member, Academic Researcher, and Best Selling Author are only a few of the hats that Doug Hall has worn over the years.
Doug began his entrepreneurial career at age 12, inventing and selling magic and juggling kits. After earning a chemical engineering degree from the University of Maine, he joined Procter & Gamble where he rose to the rank of Master Marketing Inventor - inventing and shipping a record nine innovations in 12 months.
Since, 1986, the Eureka! Ranch International team has helped corporations such as American Express, Nike, P&G and Walt Disney discover measurably smarter choices for growth while increasing speed and decreasing risk with innovation. It seems to work - the Ranch has a world-class 88% client repeat rate.
Today Doug is on a mission to bring his sustainable system for innovation to the masses. Innovation Engineering is a system that teaches individuals and companies how to increase speed and decrease risk with innovation. In partnership with the University of Maine's Foster Center for Student Innovation, Doug and his team have had the privilege of teaching over 1500 people in less then two years, Innovation Engineering.
Doug is the author of 4 best selling books and is a popular speaker on sales, marketing, creativity and innovation. He has hosted and starred on a wide range of network radio and television programs. He is a one-of-a-kind straight shooter who’s a life member of MENSA and the world’s leading expert on how to increase speed and decrease risk with innovation.
Honourable Michelle Rempel, P.C., M.P., Minister of State for Western Economic Diversification Canada
Michelle Rempel was elected to the House of Commons in May 2011.
In July 2013, Ms. Rempel was appointed Minister of State (Western Economic Diversification). Previously, she was appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of the Environment in May 2011.
Prior to entering politics, Ms. Rempel was the Director of the University of Calgary's Institutional Programs Division. She has also worked in the technology commercialization division of the University of Manitoba, and as a managerial consultant in Calgary. Ms. Rempel has also volunteered with a number of organizations including the Children's Wish Foundation and the Northern Hills Community Association.
Ms. Rempel was named one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women by the Women's Executive Network for her senior level work in directing a large team of professionals in the field of research and development administration.
Ms. Rempel has a degree in economics and lives in North Calgary.
Gayemarie Brown, National Innovation Leader for Deloitte Canada
Gayemarie has held a number of leadership positions in consulting firms, including Deloitte, as well as in industry. She has a long history with innovation and emerging technologies, such as alternative trading systems, predictive analytics and collaborative platforms – most recently leading TD’s VoIP/Collaboration Program, a multi-million-dollar North American program. She has also delivered strategic consulting in areas of large-scale business transformation and crises communications around the world. She has a proven track record for providing strategic consulting to senior executives, for building new divisions, platforms and companies, and for providing the leadership necessary to develop people, processes, governance and partnerships.
